Baby Palace Return Policy
At Baby Palace, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with our return process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at kingsmodestclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label (for defective/incorrect items only)
- Instructions for returning the item to the address below:

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Defective/Incorrect items: Baby Palace covers shipping costs
- Other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping
Processing & Store Credit
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection. If approved:
- Store credit or exchange will be issued (no refunds to original payment method)
- Store credit issued within 10 business days of approval
If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your credit, please contact us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 14 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, complete the return process and place a new order using your store credit.
